Author Representation
We provide personalized literary management for a select group of authors, helping to shape long-term publishing, publicity, and career strategies.
Media & Public Relations
We develop targeted publicity campaigns and cultivate relationships with newspapers, magazines, radio programs, podcasts, bloggers, and online media to help authors reach new audiences.
Podcast & Interview Booking
From local radio to nationally recognized podcasts, we coordinate interviews and appearances that allow authors to discuss their work, creative process, and areas of expertise.
Independent Bookstore Outreach
Independent bookstores remain one of the most important places for readers to discover new voices. We work directly with booksellers to arrange consignment opportunities, author signings, and special events whenever appropriate.
Literary Event Coordination & Speaking Engagements
We coordinate appearances at libraries, historical societies, schools, universities, literary festivals, book clubs, museums, and community organizations. Whether planning a book launch, public reading, signing event, or community discussion, we help organize events that create meaningful connections between authors and readers.
Press Materials
We prepare professional press kits, author biographies, media information, promotional copy, and other materials designed to support interviews, reviews, and event promotion.
Because we intentionally represent only a small number of authors, every client receives individualized attention and a promotional strategy tailored to the unique strengths of both the writer and the work.

Larson Literary Management is a boutique literary management and publicity company dedicated to helping distinctive writers find meaningful audiences.Rather than pursuing mass-market publishing strategies, Larson Literary focuses on projects rooted in regional history, place, memory, and the enduring power of storytelling. We believe that every book deserves an audience, and that building lasting relationships with independent bookstores, libraries, historical organizations, podcasts, journalists, and readers is often more valuable than chasing bestseller lists.Our approach is intentionally personal. Founder
Arimenta Larson founded Larson Literary Management after more than two decades working in client relations, branding, marketing, and public outreach. Drawing upon a lifelong love of books and storytelling, she now works with authors to develop meaningful connections between writers and readers through independent bookstores, literary organizations, podcasts, public events, and regional media.
Authors
We're currently accepting new clients. We welcome all genres, but we're especially looking for memoir, literary fiction, poetry, and general fiction set in the Low Country of South Carolina or the High Country of North Carolina.
Kevin Keck
Kevin Keck is a writer, teacher, and lifelong student of the stories that bind people to place. His fiction, nonfiction, and poetry explore memory, family, regional history, neurodiversity, and the disappearing communities that continue to shape the lives of those who remember them.He is the creator of Notes from Dry Pond, a print-only, monthly serialized novel delivered through the mail that follows the Doyle family during the summer of 1968 as North Carolina’s Lake Norman transforms both the landscape and the lives of the people who call it home. Inspired by the tradition of nineteenth-century serialized fiction, the project invites readers to slow down and experience a story one installment at a time.Kevin is also at work on Unfocused: A Memoir of ADHD, an exploration of attention, creativity, and the lifelong search for understanding following an adult ADHD diagnosis. His essays have also examined parenting, neurodiversity, and the experience of raising an autistic child.He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Syracuse University and teaches English at the College of Charleston. He is the author of several books spanning fiction, memoir, and poetry, including Are You There God? It's Me. Kevin., and Oedipus Wrecked. He lives in Charleston, South Carolina, where he continues to write about the enduring relationship between people, memory, family, and the places they love.
